DISCLAIMER
There are two classes of audio material published on this homepage:
(1): Songs written and recorded by Heiko van Hamme
(2:) AI produced material based on prompts or lyrics written by Heiko van Hamme
Details:
For (1):
As Heiko van Hamme is the producer of the audio material he owns full copyright on the published audio files.
I consent towards third party distribution services like CDBaby, Jamendo or Bandcamp to distribute my music for me.
But as I'm the original creator of the audio-files it is my right and decision to offer them for free on my homepage.
Cover-songs and cooperative works:
Listed song records out of cooperations with other artists or band projects are only linked and are not offered as downloadable audio file.
There are no cover-songs published on this homepage.
All audio files were produced by Heiko van Hamme and contain songs written and recorded by himself.
In case you notice a file for that this is not the case please contact me.
For (2):
I don't own full copyright on the AI produced songs but ask for toleration of publishing these files.
The plattform, that the songs are made with, guaranteed full usage rights of each song to Heiko van Hamme, which is documented.
If there are difficulties with the published audio files please contact me.
Safety use:
I suggest to everyone downloading the audio files to use them for private none-profit purposes only.
Note for GEMA:
Living in germany I recently read that the music law requires, that I have to register my work at GEMA, to enable legal downloads via my homepage.
The problem is I have a very low income, and none of it is coming in from my musical works.
I do this work as a hobby, and I'm simply not in a financial position, to pay the required fees.
In case GEMA stumbles across my pages, consider that the consequence of forcing me to pay, would lead to immediate deletion of my musical works.
This is for - I reiterate - I can't pay the fees, they are too high.
As soon as my financial position is improving, I will consider doing the registration.
But in my current position it is not possible.
Please ask yourself, if forcing those to pay, who can't make an income by their music, is really a fair regulation in the sense of the artist.
So my plea is for toleration of publishing my works this way.
And if it really is an issue, contact me first before fining me (I can't pay it anyway...).
